●        Construction grant update – reviews on Feb. 24

●        Mar. 9 District Library Legal Seminar in my office via computer conference

●        Newspaper wants drop-off point at library for new subscribers

●        Change web-hosting to PLINKIT (for libraries); $250/yr, currently paying $200/yr, no support

●        Per-capita grant award letter received $3,568.74

●        Energy audit results in 4-6 weeks

●        Schedule of library events for Feb. and Mar.

OLD BUSINESS

·         Library Repairs

·         Overdrive/eMedia – more information available

·         Policy updates; required by law – Circ. Fees and fines; lost, damaged and overdue materials; drug-free environment; immigration compliance; investment of public funds; materials selection; public access; service to patrons with disabilities; sexual harassment

·         Open Meetings Act; OMA officer; required training modules available Feb. 1

·        $20,000 cd cashed, $65,000 cd put in bank
